Garlicky Green Leafy Bok Choy Oyster Sauce

INGREDIENTS:


½ / 1 kilo bok choy

5 cloves minced garlic

2 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoon oyster sauce

Pinch of salt & black pepper




PROCEDURE:

Wash bok choy leaves in cold or running water.

Cut bok choy into half lengthwise or 4 quarters

Heat olive oil sauce pan over slow-medium heat.

Add minced garlic, salt, black pepper and bok choy.

Stir fry about 2-minutes, do not overcook.

Remove bok choy until greens are wilted and stalks are tender.


To serve, place the cooked bok choy on a plate & drizzle evenly with oyster sauce.
